BeamNG.drive is an insanely realistic driving game that features an open world full of different vehicles from race cars to heavy trucks – and they all behave authentically thanks to the advanced physics engine.

Graphics 5/5

It would not be an exaggeration to call BeamNG.drive apk a unique game in terms of the sheer quality of physics simulation. All of its 19 confirmed cars behave so realistically it becomes really difficult to take your eyes off the screen as they softly jump on small bumps or crash into other vehicles, crumpling and losing parts. But it is not just about the physics engine – the models themselves are detailed and unbelievably good-looking, too.

Gameplay 4.5/5

This BeamNG.drive game is essentially an open-world vehicle simulator. That means there are no limitations on what you can do with available vehicles – just choose one of them, upgrade it, and drive around. However, the game doesn’t leave you alone with nothing to do apart from just running in circles – there are lots of modes and minigames, including police chases, crazy stunts, special races, and so on. And the customization options are extremely diverse. You can do just about anything with your car: aim for maximum power or strip it from panels for lesser weight.

Controls 4.5/5

Despite the physics engine of this BeamNG.drive driving game being so realistic, you can use a combination of a keyboard and mouse perfectly well – or plug in a gamepad for even more relaxed driving. However, you can go for a much more professional setup, too – the game supports racing wheels and pedals, and you should definitely try them for a completely different experience.

Replay Value 4.5/5

The BeamNG.drive gameplay mechanics make the game extremely replayable: there is a vast open-world with various terrain types and a variety of vehicles with lots of customization options. And don’t forget about a big community that extends the possibilities far beyond land vehicles by creating realistic planes and helicopters that behave realistically as well, thanks to the powerful simulation engine.

BeamNG.drive looks very promising even though there’s still only an alpha version. But it’s already promising enough to recommend it to just about every fan of the genre. Check it out, it’s worth it.
